Miralix Office Operator is a professional switchboard that enables you to handle calls quickly and easily, thus making it possible to help a high number of customers every day.

Our switchboard shows unified presence for employees, making it easy to see if a colleague is busy or available to take a call. Our unified presence is based on status from landlines, mobile phones, notes, tasks, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business and calendar info.

If a colleague is unavailable, you can easily take a message and send it using the predefined SMS or e-mail templates.

The switchboard allows you to categorise employees with relevant keywords, making it easy to find the right contact. Thanks to the built-in thesaurus, the search results will also contain relevant contacts categorised with related keywords.

When receiving a call, the switchboard will show which phone number you received the call through. This is particularly helpful if you answer calls to several phone numbers – e.g. one per department – as this allows you to use the correct welcome greeting for the department in question.

Furthermore, you can use your computer’s keyboard to operate the switchboard, making it even faster to transfer calls.   • Easily take a message for a colleague and send it using a predefined SMS message or email.
  • See if there are other callers waiting to get help. This enables you to finish a conversation quickly and politely in order to help the next caller.
  • See which phone number a call was received through and present the call accordingly.
  • Set notes in the system for other employees to see, for example, in case of holidays or long-term illness.
  • Define which phone number is shown when making external calls as an agent.
