Monday-Thursday: 08  AM – 04 PM local Danish time.
Friday: 08 AM – 03 AM local Danish time.

If you need assistance in the evening, at weekends or during public holidays, you are welcome to take advantage of our on-call service, which covers everything outside of the above times.

In order to solve your challenge as quickly as possible, our specialists may sometimes need to see what your system looks like from a user’s screen. For this purpose, we use TeamViewer.
