Miralix Go is the name of a license as well as our smartphone app, which gives you contact center functionality on your smartphone and thereby frees you from your desk.
The Miralix Go app is an indispensable tool if you need to work from different locations and need access to an updated phonebook with all of your company contacts – as well as the ability to see when your colleagues are available and busy.
The app can be used as a company phone as well as to answer hunt group calls, thereby enabling you to contribute to your customer service, regardless of your location. It can be used with or without a softphone – and is available for both Apple and Andriod.
Which functions the app gives you, depends on which license you have. The licenses come in three different versions; Miralix Go, Miralix Go Agent Lite and Miralix Go Agent. You can see a comparison of the licenses further down on this page.

To use Miralix Go, your workplace must use Miralix contact center and have purchased licenses for the app.
When your licenses have been assigned using Miralix Supervisor Add-on, you can quickly and easily get access to the app by downloading it from Apple App Store or Google Play Store and using you contact center login.
