Miralix Go Agent is a user license that gives you access to full contact center functionality in our smartphone app, Miralix Go. The license enables you to answer calls from an unlimited number of hunt groups and contribute to your company’s customer service, wherever you are.
Two other licences also enable you to use the Miralix Go app. You can compare the licences at the bottom of this page.
With the Miralix Go Agent license, you can:
- log in and out of an unlimited number of hunt groups.
- get an overview of and see information about the hunt groups you participate in. You can see the number of agents logged in; how many calls are waiting; the average waiting time, and how many calls are, respectively, handled and unhandled.
- set and remove notes, e.g. for breaks.
- see your colleagues’ availability based on status from landline, mobile phone, calendar, etc., if they have status view enabled. The calendar shows appointments right now as well as several days ahead.
- quickly find contact details of your colleagues – including name, department and phone number – via the integrated phone book, which contains all contacts created in your company’s contact center solution.
- see the name of the person calling you. This is possible for both company contacts and external company contacts such as business partners or suppliers.
- add, edit and delete contacts if necessary.
- easily receive and transfer calls received via the contact centre.
- enable softphone and make calls through WIFI or a data connection. When the softphone is enabled, you can use the built-in dial pad and handle all calls directly in Miralix Go. Furthermore, you can define which number is shown, when you make external calls as an agent.
