At Miralix, good data practices are essential, as is thinking privacy by design and privacy by default. That goes for all our projects, as well as for developing and designing our software.
We use different tools and processes to ensure that this way of thinking is an integral part of our daily work. In doing so, we achieve consistency in workflows and quality.
We have obtained an ISAE3000 statement, which is an auditor’s statement on compliance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act. It describes the technical and organisational security measures we take related to processing and protecting personal data – and confirms that what we say we do as a data processor is what we do in practice.
The declaration accommodates those of our customers who have requirements for our documentation. It follows our financial year, was issued on 26 May 2021 and is without annotations.
If you have a data processing agreement with us, you can request to receive the audit statement.
