Miralix Desktop is the name of a license as well as of our contact center client which enables you to handle calls, tasks and chats on your computer.

Miralix Desktop is an indispensable tool if you need to look up your colleagues and company contacts quickly and easily – and if you need to see when and where your colleagues are available.

The contact center client can be used as an easy-to-use work phone as well as to handle customer contact. It can be used for calls, web chat and tasks, which are all handled intelligently and helps you ensure that your customers get a good experience when contacting you.

Which functions the app gives you, depends on which license you have. The licenses come in three different versions; Miralix Desktop, Miralix Desktop Agent Lite and Miralix Desktop Agent. You can see a comparison of the licenses further down on this page.

Miralix Desktop

Agent Lite

– for you who need to participate in one hunt group. Miralix Desktop Agent Lite gives you access to most of the contact center’s features and can be used for one hunt group at a time.

Agent

– for you who need to participate in multiple hunt groups. Miralix Desktop Agent gives you access to all of the contact center client’s features and can be used for an unlimited number of hunt groups at different skill levels and to pick up calls from colleagues or other hunt groups.
