Within the below-mentioned areas, Miralix A/S wants to:

Human rights and anti-corruption

  • Support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights and ensure that we are not complicit in human rights abuses.
  • uphold freedom of association and recognise the right to collective bargaining.
  • oppose all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery.

In concrete terms, this means:

  • ensuring that the suppliers we use have a CSR code of conduct that supports our positions.
  • that we do not ask about people’s association to unions when recruiting.

Workers’ rights

  • support the eradication of all forms of forced labour.
  • support the effective abolition of child labour.
  • abolish discrimination related to employment and working conditions (discrimination based on race, colour, age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, language, religion, mental or physical disability, health status, political opinion, national or social origin).

In concrete terms, this means:

  • ensuring that the suppliers we use also support the eradication of forced and child labour.
  • that Miralix does not discriminate when assigning tasks, hiring, or promoting employees.
  • that Miralix, through the “Code of Care” initiative in Hedensted Municipality, focuses on increasing social responsibility when hiring people with mental, physical or social challenges.

Working environment

Commit to ensuring that the working environment is of such a standard that our employees are not impacted or exposed to risks that could harm their health in the short or long term. This concerns work-related illnesses as well as accidents.

In concrete terms, this means:

  • continuous workplace assessments for all areas of the company.
  • annual staff development interviews.
  • health insurance and a health scheme with the option of fitness, physiotherapy etc.

Environment

Commit to developing and maintaining our work processes and systems to manage and prevent our activities’ most significant environmental impacts (consumption and waste of materials, energy consumption, sorting and recycling).

As a software development company, we primarily impact the environment through energy consumption, transportation, and waste. It is important for us to reduce the environmental footprint we leave and help our customers do the same.

Our primary focus area is energy optimisation throughout our service delivery – from product development to installation and daily operations. Our goal is to take two environmental initiatives that support the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals every year. As a customer, this gives you the option of a green contact center solution.

Specifically, we want to:

  • Protect the environment by integrating environmental considerations and sustainability in our mindset and management system. To do so, we have implemented the principles of ISO 14001 as our environmental management system and as of June 7th 2021, we have been certified by DNV according to the ISO 14001:2015 standard.
  • Accommodate the green needs of our customers and partners through resource optimisation in our contact center solutions and our services.
  • Digitise our service delivery where possible.
  • Choose suppliers and make purchases according to our environmental policy.

Furthermore, we intend to respect and comply with any additional specific conditions that may be included in customer agreements and contracts.

As a company, we are open and willing to accept unannounced inspections by both customers and third parties, and are happy to provide any necessary and relevant documentation in this regard.
